OUR STORY

Nostalgic for the comforting and indulgent flavors of her childhood - GGFF founder, Sarah, went in search of gluten-free options that would deliver the sweet and salty decadence she craved.

To her dismay, nothing met the mark! Not one gluten-free product or baked good tasted the way she felt it should, or could!

With a love of cooking and a strong will, Sarah became focused and determined to find a way to replicate the flavors of her past.

The result? Delicious baked goods that rival gluten filled goods everywhere – and the beginning of GGFF Patisserie - Gluten Free Bakery!

& are proud to report that we consistently

pass with flying colors!  GGFF Patisserie rates extremely low on the parts per million scale - in most cases our delicious recipes fall in the 5ppm -10ppm or below ...

far better than the retail industry standard of 20ppm.
