Great breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. Breakfast is served all day - always a crowd pleaser. Offers GF bread on any sandwich for an extra $2 - sounds like a lot but not when you consider their "old school" breakfast sandwich menu starts at only $3.25. They have a vegetarian menu and offer vegan options as well.
Kid friendly, great local family vibe with a fun laid back staff. Food comes on paper plates served on cafeteria style trays. The walls are covered in art and you can take home a little something from the souvenir area if you are so inclined.
For lunch they have standard burgers and sandwiches stacked high and made fresh to order. They also serve up fried chicken and offer the beloved combo of Chicken and Waffles - with organic chicken none the less! If that wasn't enough the pulled pork platter is served with homemade slaw and jalapeño cornbread. So much to indulge in and enjoy...
For the salad lovers out there - they've got a few. The standard chicken Caesar & Greek and a tasty looking Kale salad too. If you are looking for something a little more substantial they offer an organic chicken, tomato, cucumber, red onion and avocado combo over mixed greens called the Lake Minnewaska Salad. If you are in the mood for some soup and salad you can always order a side of veggie chili, chicken soup or the seasonal soup of the day.
And that's not the end of it....
They offer smoothies, fresh made mini donuts & Jane's Homemade Ice Cream out of Kingston NY. And the coffee, did we mention the coffee?? They serve Dean's Beans organic coffee hot & cold!
The GF baked goodies are so good & so fresh ... Oatmeal Raisin, Peanut Butter or Chocolate Chip, no matter what you choose you will be oh so happy!! They offer something for everyone with a few vegan options too!
All of this plus they play a great mix of classic standards from Bob Marley to Van Morrison with a some tunes from Iron & Wine or Paolo Nutini to round out the mix.
